Phil’s passion has been IT operational management ever since he co-founded OTT (better known as Micromuse). Having also invented Netcool and built RiverSoft to a successful IPO, Phil now leads the next big revolution in IT event management with Moogsoft, where he maintains a passionate commitment to innovation, including personally leading the company’s numerous product functions.

Mike Silvey

Moogsoft

An expert in IT operational management and technology commercialization, Mike launched SunNet Manager in the UK for Sun Microsystems before founding an open systems service management business at Micromuse where he brought several innovative service management tools into the European market (such as Remedy) and established key OEM relationships (Cisco, HP, Intel) that led to successful IPOs for both Micromuse and RiverSoft. Today, Mike is focused on and scaling Moogsoft by overseeing strategic business relationships with key partners around the globe.

Harsh Saluja

ST Telemedia

Harsh serves as a senior member of the investing team at ST Telemedia. He brings extensive experience in the broader telecom and tech sectors from an operational, financial advisory as well as in an investing capacity across the Asia Pacific region. At ST Telemedia he is focused on investments in the enterprise infrastructure technology space including public cloud, data engineering amongst others.

Sand Hill East

Andy Brown currently serves as CEO of Sand Hill East, LLC, which provides strategic management, investment and marketing services to emerging companies. In addition to Moogsoft, Andy also serves as a member of the board of directors of Guidewire, Zscaler.

Peter Wagner

Wing Venture Capital

Peter Wagner is a Founding Partner of Wing. He has led investments in dozens of early stage companies, more than 25 of which have gone on to complete IPOs or successful acquisitions, including Nimble Storage, Fusion-io, Redback Networks, Riverbed, Arrowpoint Communications, Infinera, Peribit, Topspin and Omneon. In addition to Moogsoft, Peter currently works with a private company portfolio that includes Blue Jeans Network, OPOWER, Qwilt, Cumulus Networks, Jut, Platfora, CloudPhysics and Primary Data.

Dan Fishback

Board Member - DemandHope

Dan Fishback has held leadership positions in successful software startups that specialized in applying analytics to solve complex business problems. As DemandTec CEO, Fishback introduced a ground-breaking analytical cloud solution for retail and consumer product companies, which was adopted by WalMart, Target, and many Fortune 500 companies. IBM acquired DemandTec in 2012. Fishback held sales and executive positions at Ariba, Hyperion Software, Unisys and others. He has served on the boards of multiple IT companies.

Jason Kreuziger

Growth Equity Investor at Goldman Sachs

Jason Kreuziger is Managing Director at the Growth Equity team in Goldman Sachs’ Merchant Banking Division (MBD). There he leads private equity investments in high-growth businesses in the Software, Technology-Enabled Business Services, and Healthcare IT sectors in North America. He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BBA degree in finance and information systems from the University of Wisconsin.

Ken Goldman

President at Hillspire, LLC

Ken Goldman is the current president of Hillspire, a family office responsible for financial and administrative functions, along with real estate, aviation and maritime activities. Goldman is the former chief financial officer of Yahoo. He joined Yahoo in 2012 and throughout his five-year tenure was responsible for Yahoo's global finance functions, including financial planning and analysis, controllership, tax, treasury and investor relations.

Justin Stebbins

Partner at Northgate Capital

Justin serves as Partner in Northgate’s San Francisco Office. He has experience in both Venture Capital Investing and Investment Banking Advisory, in both Silicon Valley and across Europe. Justin has worked in investment roles at Saints Capital, Four Rivers Group and SVB Capital, focusing on Series B through to pre-IPO in Enterprise Software, SME Software, Fintech, Digital Media and Tech-Enabled Businesses. He has been part of teams that have made investments in Twitter ($30B mkt cap), Square ($26B mkt cap), Xoom ($1.1B M&A), Fireeye ($3B mkt cap), Navini Networks ($330M M&A), eBags ($105M M&A) and Palantir ($20B last round valuation).
